Had a great experience with AB electrical. Hot water on our rental property stopped working and they sent out an electrician to check it out within the hour. They were transparent with costs up front, fixed the issue and made helpful notes to invoice and were very patient in explaining the cause of the issue over the phone. Booked an inspector for 12.30 on Monday. Had to call at 1pm to be met with “oh I meant to call you back”. Day off completely wasted and had to organise another inspector who attended next day and performed the services as requested. Reply: Hi Graham, sorry about the break down in communication.
