At Zen Builders, our team helps busy people bring their building dreams to reality by managing their projects and constructing them. This means that our clients spend less time worrying and more time doing the things they enjoy, leaving project management and building up to us.

We specialise in turning houses into homes. Whether its a small alteration or a full renovation - we can help.

Build with us and you’ll be working with more than just your average builder. You’ll be working with an NZCB approved builder. New Zealand Certified Builders is the only builder association in New Zealand with strict entry criteria where the minimum entry requirement for all members is a recognised industry trade qualification. Our builders have a history of stability and success and a solid reputation for realising homeowners’ aspirations.

We also have our own "10 Point Building Excellence Guarantee". This gives our clients piece of mind, knowing that we 100% back our workmanship and the our sub-contractors work.

Small Commercial - Shop Fit-outs

We had the pleasure of working with Charleen and Natasha at Caci Clinic Marshland to fit-out their new premises. We managed the entire project including consultation with designers, council documentation and management of all contractors.

We often work with clients to improve their rental properties. This can vary from simple maintenance to ensure properties meet the Healthy Homes Standard to full blown alterations to add bedrooms & bathrooms.
