Replace bay window

This client asked us to replace a Bay window on a 1910 villa in south wairarapa. They supplied the window to replace the old one that had rotted out and was leaking. We removed the old window and discoved that the walls signifcat water damage, so after discussing options with the clients it was agreed that the whole wall needs to be replaced and new piles to be installed as well as the roof above the bay window to make it watertight for years to come. new cladding was installed and trims under the windows were handcrafted to match the rest of the house.

Deck Replacement

The clients asked us to replace and modify their existing decks with new Kwila hardwood decks. After inspecting the original decks it was recommended that we demolished the existing decks including all the framing and started again. We extended further out and removed the old handrails that were falling apart. In total there was 100 sqm of decking with new stairs completed

New House build

We were asked to build this 105 square metre, 3 bedroom house as a second dwelling for our clients
