We love our new deck. We'd saved up for ages. It was a big deal to finally let loose the purse strings. Ettienne made the whole process super easy. He quoted free and fast, visiting twice when requested. He promptly answered ongoing questions, problem solved on the job, and finished ahead of schedule - despite the weather not always playing ball. He even returned the following week to liaise with other contractors on our behalf. He's very self-sufficient and a clear communicator. He was also tidy, kept a clean worksite, and organised removal of all waste materials. (Contractors that we've had in since filled our bins and left sharp filings and other random things around - only serving to highlight Ettienne's best practice approach!) Ettienne did a great job building our deck, it looks elegant and done perfectly all by himself. He was very easy to deal with from quotation until the completion of the job. He provided decking details and suggestions that were relevant in choosing the right material, layout and design. He also made sure that the deck is stable and can support a pergola.
