As Licensed Cadastral Surveyors, we provide the full surveying service for subdivisions, from the initial topographical survey, to scheme plan preparation, to 223 and 224 certificates and final lodgement of the subdivision to LINZ for approval. Get in touch to find out more.

As Licensed Cadastral Surveyors, we are qualified to mark out your boundaries accurately and remain impartial. This is recommended when doing any work related to fencing or retaining walls or other structures near or on your boundary. We can also provide a range of certification options to help resolve boundary conflicts.
