Triple Rail Pine Handrail

Our most premium timber Handrail design, includes a wide 140mm flat top capping with both the mid and lower rails recessed into the posts. The balustrades are then centered by both length and width and screwed into place. Posts are centered no more then 1m apart and are doubled bolted in place with M12 Engineer bolts. Posts are in H5 treatment all other timbers are in H3.4

Excellent work on a job that I struggled to find a tradesman to do. Working at height, unknown elements due to water penetration, unusual materials due to imported funky cedar profile. Keith was awesome, great attention to detail, reliable prompt and skillful. He went above and beyond and had creative solutions as the factory timber wasn't produced quite right, where I'm sure other builders would've simply slapped it up as is. Great work, would recommend.

Great team and the result was exactly as planned. I am very happy with the quality. A few unknowns but, all clearly explained before starting and effective solutions offered when discovered. Some timeline overruns but sourcing materials is difficult at present so, happy with the delays. I would definitely call on Hall Property Services in the future.

I used Keith and Hall Property Services to refurbish my courtyard. I found him very professional to deal with, he listened to what I wanted and the end job looked great. His scheduling was a little out but I appreciate he was juggling a few jobs and he always called to let me know when he would be there. Would use Hall Property Services again.
