Roof and exterior house paint

Chum made a dog's breakfast painting our house. -He estimated it would take 2-3 wks to complete the job. He hasn't completed after 7 wks. -He lacked attention to detail. There are paint smudges everywhere. I spent a lot of time checking and marking the issues that need fixing but he still didn't make a serious attempt to fix them. -He didn't cover the work area, so there are paint dust now ingrained on our window/door glass and frames and decks that I can't clean off.
