Warren is the most unprofessional tradie I've seen in my life. He accused me that I stood him up while I did not spoke to him at all neither I made any appointment. He hanged up the phone on me and when I called backed and asked for more details he did it again. He's rude and dishonest. Don't even go near him. UPDATE : I've received a call from the company's General Manager. He explained to me that the matter has been investigated and this sort of behavior is not encouraged in his company for any reason. And the fact that this review is an individual review for Warren and doesn't apply to the company, which I agree in part. I assume the other employees at Dominator are professionals and treat customers as expected. I appreciate Dominator for following up and taking care of their customers and hope no other customer ever experience such a behavior.
