Garage door used to be motorised but hasn’t been for years now and we’re ok to leave it as a manual door. Door doesn't fully close down, leaves a 5-10cm gap from the ground. Looking for a quote to get it to close fully. Also need a rubber lip on the bottom atm we’ve put a makeshift one there.
