Roller section not connected to door

I think photos will explain it better. We have a tilt garage door (I think) where you lift it and the door is attached to rollers on each side to move door up. One side, the roller part has come off the door section. The screws and welding have all come apart. Just trying to see if this is fixable without r placing whole door.

I have added insulation to my garage door and the extra weight has slowed the door opening. Closing no change. Also extra weight i think it is catching on a join at the track curve were is transitions from vertical to horizontal. Internet says spring tension can be increased to assist the lift but leave it to a professional.

SIingle Garage Door Not Opening

Motor model is, DoorWorks. Single garage. Can open/close manually by lifting. Garage door not opening /closing automatically as previously. Motor makes grinding sound for 2 to 3 seconds when you press the open or close button on the remote and stops functioning. 4 year old house, motor is pretty new. Suspect the gear is worn out but not sure. Whats your recommendation/suggestion . Appreciate if a quote is given. Thanks.
