Architectural Design and Structural Draughting Service.

I have 26+ formal years’ experience in the design and building industry as an architectural design and structural draughtsperson with an NZCD (arch) qualification and am a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) with licence class Design Level 2.

I have carried out the design and drawings for many residential internal alterations and extensions, from a small single room to more than doubling the size of the existing house. This work included bathrooms/ensuites with tiled or acrylic showers, kitchens, bedrooms, lounges etc. As well as conversions of garages to sleepouts with their own bathroom/laundry, lounge etc.

I have also drawn many new homes ranging in size from 107 to 740 square meters on city, town and rural sites. “Spec” houses for builders/developers to bespoke family homes for many new and repeat clients. With structure varying from timber framed, precast concrete tilt panel, Poly and SIP panel.

I have also been involved with a number of large commercial and industrial projects.

I am happy to discuss extensions or alterations, new or rebuilds for residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Over the many years in the industry I have surrounded myself with a very reliable and capable support group, from engineers to surveyors, builders to subcontractors, all of whom I can call upon as required.
