J&R Builders are based in Coopers Beach, 30km from Kaitaia. We service Kaitaia and the wider Far North in Northland, providing residential building and construction services.
We specialise in building new homes, completing large scale renovations, new build agricultural sheds, decks, pergolas and retaining walls. We are members of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association and offer guaranteed workmanship through our Halo 10 year residential guarantee insurance. Our tradesman are experienced and we believe in ongoing education and up-skilling, with all of our employees either trade qualified or currently enrolled in a carpentry apprenticeship program.
We believe the key to delivering successful building projects for our clients is in our local knowledge of Northland's Far North. Over time, we have worked hard to establish productive working relationships with local architects, engineers, surveyors, timber merchants, trade suppliers and all of the required sub-trades.
