We engaged Lochore Asbestos Specialists to remove a Decramastic Tile roof, super six, ACM baseboard and carry out a thorough clean out out of both underneath the house and the ceiling cavity to prepare for a new colorsteel long run roof and timber baseboard replacement. I would 100% recommend LAS for a number of reasons. Dean has built up many years of experience in this area. He has an excellent clear and concise communication manner. He doesn’t bombard you with information or pressure you with anything which can be overwhelming when it comes to ACM removal. Dean handled the prep and the project by working closely with the roofer.
