Renovations should not be a trauma, but all too often that is what you hear. The problem is not usually the building work itself but a result of poor communication and project management. Because Refresh is a renovation specialist we have excellent processes and systems to manage communications and support the specialist builders and sub trades in the team.
Interior design:
Designing and building are often separated, but the best results happen when they are considered together. Refresh is able to bring an interior designer into the project at an early stage when decisions are being made which drive a lot of the project scope and cost. Designers and builders bring different perspectives to the conversation. The designer paints the picture of the look and feel while the builder considers the practicalities of ideas. Getting a designer involved early is likely to lead to a more successful outcome. In addition working with a designer takes all the pain out of design and accessory selection and ensures you get a modern, well coordinated renovation. There is no charge for the initial meeting with a Refresh designer. Following the meeting you can decide what level of design support you require.
Company Background:
In the mid 90's group house builders started to become established in the new homes market. They didn't change the building construction technology that much but they did change the way builders operate. The big change was the effort they put into better processes and systems in their companies.
In turn those processes and systems enabled them to deliver a better customer experience and deliver better value for money homes. Refresh brings the same type of improvements to the renovation market. We aren't exactly the same because a group house builder is set up specifically to build new homes costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. Refresh is set up to deliver highly personalised projects cost effectively and with a great customer experience.
Refresh has an established team of over 50 tradesmen ranging from demolition teams and labourers to qualified sub trades. The renovation project team is chosen to make best use of less expensive labour when possible but have access to experienced, qualified trades where required. The core team includes: Painters, Plumbers, Gas fitters, Drain layers, Block layers, Plasterers, Electricians, Scaffolders, Insulation installers and Carpenters. Other sub trades are brought in where required.
