Hi, Registered Architect with over 35yrs experience in a wide range of projects from Residential new builds, alterations, additions, house relocations and sub-divisions, to Multi Unit Projects up to 90 units, apartments up to 4 stories, and Commercial Work along with retail fitouts. I generally work to fixed fee's based on the extent of the project and hours involved and we agree those before work starts so that there are no surprises. I like to explain at the start what is involved, not just for my aspect but also what else will be needed to get the project to completion, including any likely other fees there may be for other consultants. Happy to work within your budget and needs and discuss so we can get a project across the line.
