Very easy to deal with and the job became a painful as the replacement tiles were a millimeter different in size than the originals. The result was a huge amount of running around and effort made by Ali and HEK Tiling to find a replacement tile that would look good without resulting in a very noticeable misalignment of tiles halfway up the wall. We were pleased in every respect with HEK Tiling and saw that they cared a great deal about creating an awesome experience.

The quality of the work looks good, and it was completed quickly, with the workspace left tidy. I would have preferred to have received the quote and invoice by email instead of text message so that I had it on record. I was also a bit taken aback getting a call before we'd awarded the job saying that he'd already bought the materials for it.
