A high % of maintenance call outs are completed within the first hour.
This includes call out, admin and the 1st hour including travel time, labour & a professional diagnosis.
Gas work does attract a higher rate.

Deposit Payment up front - no exceptions.
In most cases you will need to pay to locate a fault, typically small fixes are done immediately. If not, a free total price estimate will follow after payment. Example: Roof leaks or fault finding exercises that would require multiple visits.
Fixed price quotes can be provided. No free advice or plumbing lessons are provided for new enquirers and they are discouraged from using our time or providing a personal diagnosis or opinion that could disrupt our technician's.
