We booked insulation crew for topup ceiling insulation at an investment property. The quotation and booking process was easy, crew turned up on time. They got through the job very quickly but unfortunately when healthy homes inspector assessed it, it was an incomplete job. Areas near the edges were missed and a room that was challenging but not impossible to get to wasn’t done, suggesting a rushed job. Once I contacted Jeff he apologised, we rebooked for a completion, again the crew turned up on time and finished the job. They also took photos to demonstrate completion. In the end a good job.

You are just the best! There was a random day I saw the promotion on Facebook, and I contacted Insulation Crew. They got back to me quickly and we made an appointment. At the day, they checked carefully to see whether I need to upgrade my insulation or not. I couldn’t find the access to the underground of the house, but the staff patiently helped us to look for it and we found it! (It was amazing, I never knew the access since I got the house!). And he suggested that we need to insulate the underground, and since we have community card, so we can claim 90% of the total price, and he would give us 5% more. We couldn’t thank more, then we shared a bit our story with him, about my partner’s cancer journey, and they offered free installation for us! 🥹 they said want to give back to community 🫶 we were totally surprised and feel so grateful. And they did come to do a wonderful work, even looked after our cat 🐱 who sneaked to the underground. They are truly amazing and lovely people.💞
