New build in central Otago, 187sqm house with seperate garage building which includes an upstairs loft with a bedroom, full bathroom and kitchenette. Custom made hardwood trusses an example of craftsmanship required for this job.

140sqm new build, project managed from the design stage right to the finishing touches including building myself.
Papanui House
Full renovation on 1880’s built Papanui House. A massive project spanning over 10 months with an incredible end result. Very proud of the end result, especially the way we were able to create a seamless blend of classic heritage and modern style.
