The plug on our oven had again melted (3rd time). Mike was the first electrician to investigate this properly and provide a solution to stop this from happening again in the future. He was also transparent about estimated costs. His employee (or sub-contractor) was friendly and efficient. He also checked the rest of the oven to ensure that there weren't any other faults (found a dead mouse on an oven wire!). Impressed with the overall quality of the service. Reply: Thank you, Adeline.
