We had an issue with the wiring for one of our lights that kept tripping the RCD. Mike quickly found the source of the problem and explained everything clearly. The plug on our oven had again melted (3rd time). Mike was the first electrician to investigate this properly and provide a solution to stop this from happening again in the future. He was also transparent about estimated costs. His employee (or sub-contractor) was friendly and efficient. He also checked the rest of the oven to ensure that there weren't any other faults (found a dead mouse on an oven wire!). Impressed with the overall quality of the service. Reply: Thank you, Adeline.
