I had an issue with only half my lights and plugs were working. I checked the board and all looked fine. I contacted Choice and over the phone Mike did some basic troubleshooting with me to pinpoint the problem which turned out to be the dishwasher. I was expecting to have an expensive call out, but thanks to Mike's excellent service it didn't cost a cent. I wish all companies were like Choice.
