Mike and the team did an amazing job. 100% recommended this company. Quote process was simple and arranged promptly, all further steps arranged on schedule, good communication, work completed to a high standard: Outlets and switches purchased and installed all matched exactly to the current ones in my home, measurements double checked, recommendations made during quote process and during installation to make it functionally and aesthetically better without being significantly more expensive (as a non-electrician you don’t know all possible so this was really appreciated), everything level and centre where applicable, team didn’t hesitate to ask questions for my preference (e.g. height of pendants), everyone polite and tidy and electrical certified received. Getting all the electrical outlets installed became more complicated as we got full access into the ceiling which we didn’t have at the quote stage. Mike (Director) stood by the quote and I said it was fine to review - aside from it being the right thing to do - they did an excellent job. Offering to stand by the quote shows Mike’s personal character which inevitably flows into his business and the staff he works with. Having a director with integrity, leading with these values, results in a company everyone hopes to hire: one you trust to be in your home and trust advising you on specialist subject matter. It also becomes the company you’ll go out of your way to support (hence this detailed review). I wouldn’t look any further and I’ve since recommended them to multiple people. Mike and his team was very great! Mike planned everything so well and the team went above and beyond during the heat pump installation.
