He was also really good at talking about what was required so that when he arrived it was a quick and seamless installation as everything he needed was there. He told me he hadn't fitted tension wire for curtains before, but considering this he did a great job. I'm really happy with the result. I was super impressed with his request for me to put something down on my wooden floor so his tool box wouldn't damage it.
