From start to completion Luke provided us with outstanding service. CARE Waitakere is a Charitable Trust providing a variety of social services to people in the community who are disadvantaged. Our old hallway carpet was disintegrating. Luke gave us great advice and an excellent quote (much less than others) He found us and exact match for the carpet. He waiting patiently until we received funding from the Waitakere Licencing Trust and helped us by laying it on a Saturday so there would be no disruption to clients. His friendly carpet layers did an outstanding job and people are commenting on the difference. Highly recommended!!!

Very pleased with the carpet stretching done by Carpet Repairs today. Andrew sent a text letting me know he was running a bit late, which was unusual and much appreciated. The quality of his work was excellent, he cleaned up after himself, moved all the furniture back in the right place and the price was slightly less than the original estimate made over the phone when I booked the job. These guys did an awesome job cleaning a filthy beige sofa that had been neglected. It took a lot of effort on their part and they saved it. They also did a tricky carpet repair and were able to graft some new bits in from another area that did not notice and then patch those areas with a very close match - and great steam cleaning overall.
