I just wanted to say what a wonderful job Andrew did of patching my carpet. It's seamless and you would never know it's been patched. Andrew's such a nice person and a real credit to your company. I'm very happy and would not hesitate to recommend your services.

Very prompt & professional service to reattach a small section of carpet to concrete slab. When the repairer left it looked like it was the day it was laid. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We really appreciated the prompt response and prompt action Carpet Repairs took to assist us in repairing a damaged carpet particularly since the suppliers who originally worked on the house were less than accommodating to assist us. We were most impressed with the friendly positive approach we received from Rhian when we called. She actually listened to what we required and arranged for the repair to be done very quickly. We were similarly impressed with Lepani who did the repair. He contacted me prior to our scheduled appointment and was able to complete the repair sooner than anticipated. He was also very pleasant to deal with, efficient and has done a great job with the repair. Lepani cleaned up after himself and left everything perfectly tidy (this included sweeping up residue carpet fibre that had spilled onto the driveway). If we or our friends ever require carpet repairs we will without doubt not hesitate to use or recommend Carpet Repairs!

Absolutely delighted with the carpet repair job. I was doubtful that we had enough carpet to do the repair but the very efficient young man made it work wonderfully well. The charge was minimal and the advice received was priceless. I will recommend to everyone who needs any carpet laying or repairs.
