Today we used Carpet Repairs for the first time to repair some carpet in our home. From the list of available carpet repairers, we chose Carpet Repairs Ltd. We could not have made a better choice. Mike was the tradesman who arrived to do the job for us. While the repair needed was fairly small, we also asked him to re stretch part of the carpet. The standard of his work was excellent & professional, he was prompt, and from the moment he arrived to the moment he left, he retained a very pleasant, happy & courteous manner, while all the time, going about his quality work. We are extremely happy with Mike's work. We were also impressed with the efficient & friendly telephone service we had with Jenny at Carpet Repairs Ltd who took our call to arrange for the work to be done. brilliant all round service!! speedy and efficient measure quote and flexible booking of the laying of our carpet! prompt on the day and left the place tidy and collected and took away the old carpet!!
