What a magician! Out of a small oblong piece of carpet the polite & hardworking technician managed to patch across 3 doorways where there were gaps. He also stretched the carpet in the 3 rooms. Simply excellent! Top notch communication, and gps tracking of the repairers van is a real bonus for an apartment dweller.
