A+ service. Installer made some suggestions on how to improve the finish and I am very happy with the results. Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We needed a hole and stretching repaired quickly as we are selling and were about to have an open home. Man was about 2 hours late BUT he phoned many times explaining where he was at on a friday afternoon in Auckland traffic. He was very friendly and professional and did an amazing job explaining what he was doing along the way. We are extremely happy with what he has done. All contact was fast and professional would highly recommend. Reply: Thanks for the positive review Cyndy. We try really hard for our technicians to be on time, as we understand everyone is busy and it's important to us to be at the job as close as possible to our scheduled booking time. However, sometimes it just doesn't work out that way, mainly because of Auckland traffic. We are pleased to hear that our technician kept you informed along the way and you were happy with our communication and workmanship. We apologise again for his lateness and hope it didn't cause you too much inconvenience.
