Carpet Repairs did a great job for us. Eddy solved the problem and showed how creative and adaptable he could be. We needed a hole and stretching repaired quickly as we are selling and were about to have an open home. Man was about 2 hours late BUT he phoned many times explaining where he was at on a friday afternoon in Auckland traffic. He was very friendly and professional and did an amazing job explaining what he was doing along the way. We are extremely happy with what he has done. All contact was fast and professional would highly recommend. Reply: Thanks for the positive review Cyndy. We try really hard for our technicians to be on time, as we understand everyone is busy and it's important to us to be at the job as close as possible to our scheduled booking time. However, sometimes it just doesn't work out that way, mainly because of Auckland traffic. We are pleased to hear that our technician kept you informed along the way and you were happy with our communication and workmanship. We apologise again for his lateness and hope it didn't cause you too much inconvenience.

Carpet Repairs Ltd is a team of professional people. Jenny managed to squeeze me in their fully booked schedule. Carpet tech arrived on schedule and did the repair like the carpet was not damaged at all. Their price is also low compare to the other companies that I requested for a quote. We called Carpet Repairs to do Uplift Carpet and relay it back for a squeaky floor . They are very good in answering and emailing immediately with time and date when the tech will be here . Excellent customer service.The Job was done with care and perfection, very professional team hence I give the 5 star, Andrew and Niri are the techs , we appreciate your work guys,. Thank you, great service and quality workmanship. We used Carpet Repairs Ltd again at our new house and they did another great job for us. Our dog had been sick on the carpet, and we initially got a professional carpet cleaning company in but it wasn't successful. The repair that the technician did was amazing, you have to look hard to see where it was. I should have just got them in from the start.
