Carpet Repairs Ltd have been amazing in their communication over this trying period of Lockdown, keeping us fully informed about having to postpone work, and then ultimately being able to come and what we needed to do in respect to various restrictions. The Technician (Neri) turned up on time (a big tick with me), and completed the work flawlessly. It was a small repair in the scheme of things, but one that I am super happy with the result. TOTALLY LOVE CARPET REPAIRS. They have never let me down. We accidentally dropped a tin of paint on the carpet. Carpet Repairs to the rescue. All paint totally gone! Have used this company for years, wouldn’t use any other! Can’t say enough about them. Reply: Thanks Jessica, so good to hear. Great service, follow up and communication. The installer who added trims to my carpets and re-stuck the corner, was super friendly and his attention to detail was great. Would definitely recommend. I used Carpet Repairs to re-lay part of my carpet after changing a door and the footprint of my kitchen. Their communication for the job was excellent and they were able to come over within a few days which was amazing. The guy who came round to do the work was clearly very good at what he does and brilliant at helping me come to a decision on how to transition the carpet from lounge to kitchen vinyl plank.
