Such awesome service. Was a super easy process to get things booked from the outset and a time was set. On the day of the service we got the equivalent of an uber tracker to see where our technician was on his way to us. This made it easy to have everything ready to go when he arrived. As Josiah was on his way i noticed an additional spot that i was unaware of, but as one of the spots was quite small we were well looked after in terms of cost here. Josiah was also friendly and professional, we had an awesome chat during his time here. Can't recommend these guys highly enough 10 stars! Reply: Wow Doug, we were blown away by your positive words. Right from the outset Luke was wonderfully helpful in choosing a carpet and explaining the different uses and suitability for our home even with me changing my mind several times! Installation was painless and the team were wonderful with helping shift heavy furniture. Would thoroughly recommend Carpet Repairs. Like magic, they were able to fix an iron burn on the carpet floor. The result is seamless like nothing had ever happened. My enquiries were dealt with very promptly with clear concise communication. The consultant phoned me just to make sure nothing was misunderstood through our email correspondence.
