Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Website was clear & informative, the office communications prompt and straight-forward as was booking in the job. The assessor and technician both were very easy to deal with, arrived before the scheduled time but were in touch with me prior to check this was ok. I was able to track exactly when they would arrive which was handy. They wore masks and were professional and did a great job and had initiative. I wish that every organisation was as well-managed and easy to deal with - if everyone provided such excellent service it would make such a difference. Thanks very much.
