Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Our repair guy called to see if he could come early, and turned up when he said he would. Our job (small patch repair) was completed efficiently and professionally. Price was discussed and within the quoted range. Would highly recommend Carpet Repairs Ltd. Lee and Saynt were fantastic on the day. We had ripples all over the place and a number of large pieces of heavy furniture to move. The two them have done an incredible job at stretching 90+ m of carpet in 4 rooms and a hallway. The place looks great and I'll have them back again when it comes to laying new carpet down the line. Although I had to twice postpone the agreed date to repair a badly worn stair tread, that was never a problem to the office. Today was the day. A surprise text message gave me the precise time of expected arrival (31 minutes later) and Neri duly arrived in 34 minutes. He admitted he hadn't carried out a job exactly like this one (there was a chair lift rail firmly bolted to the faulty tread) but he seemed to relish the challenge. He worked carefully and precisely cutting-in and replacing the carpet with a piece from our wardrobe floor and even offered to replace that with a fully fitted spare carpet from his van. Tonight, we cannot fault his awkward tread replacement and I'm saved the bother of buying a replacement ill-fitting mat in the wardrobe. I can certainly highly recommend this company as well as Neri for their excellent communications, punctuality, precise work and professionalism. These guys are great. Did a great job with a difficult stain. After workign through some less invasive cleaning options, ended up having to do a cut, patch and repair. The repair was excellent - hardly noticeable and very well done. Reply: Thanks Nigel for the positive comments and repeat business. While we try our best to remove the stains, it's not always possible, so patching is a good option. We're pleased you are happy with the outcome. Thanks for sharing your experience.
