Could not recommend more! Had a stain on the carpet that needed to be patched, I had contacted them earlier this week and was booked in for the following week, then managed to get squeezed in to a cancelled appointment the next day which was great. Even got to play a game of Where’s Wally afterwards trying to find the patch that was repaired, no lines or marks anywhere - if you didn’t know it was there beforehand, you would never know. Hopefully we won’t be getting any more stains on the carpet, but if we do, it’s good to know that we have a professional company to help out. Thanks again!
