Very professional to deal with. Job was well done, by a courteous and skilled tradesman. Point of difference from others with a mix of own staff and contractors so happy to do smaller jobs cost effectively (3 times for us now on separate retail properties - new installs and reinstatements). I would expect to get the same great service and value from Carpet Repairs Ltd on any larger carpet or vinyl jobs we may have for them in future. Reply: Thanks for a great review Michael. I would highly recommend Carpet Repairs Ltd. In Aug 2022, I enquired through their website, about repairing worn ripped carpet in high traffic areas of my house. I highly recommend the Carpet Repairs team. Great responsiveness on a quote request for a small job - re-laying carpet where it had lifted at the edges where it met tiled areas in our house. The technician was onsite ontime and I got a text message to notify in advance. Extremely professional job that looks great and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Carpet Repairs laid my carpet twice, I went back to them straight away after flooding destroyed my brand new carpet because I had such a great experience the first time around. We got 4 bedrooms recarpeted and the results are fabulous. All was done within a day. The communication was easy and straightforward, the work was done in a very competent way. I greatly appreciated the considerations that were made of us working from home. There was no music going and the wonderful team worked hard and efficient.
