The first visit was someone to look at the issues we had, and this was for free. We then received a quote very quickly and booked it in. The Carpet Fitter who came was knowledgeable, got on with the job and explained what he had done and other areas where things were not easy / possible to do. He asked us to check something and let him know which we did a couple of weeks later and he replied quickly and positively. We had some bad stains on our carpet, which had been there for a while and after Carpet Repairs cleaned and stretched it, I'm delighted. The impossible stains have either completely gone or are barely visible and the carpet looks brighter and new again. The amount of effort and time put in was superb and very much appreciated.
