This is the second time I've used this team in the past year. Continued to be impressed with every part of their service, from making initial contact through to their technicians. Really expert at what they do. Delightful, prompt and efficient to deal with and their repair guy turns up on time. Professional, clever at repairing all sorts of carpet issues, and personable. Highly recommend this service - don't replace carpets, see what they might be able to do first. I've always been amazed at how repairs are so unnoticeable when really well done, and these guys are as good as I've come across. Thank you. Reply: Thanks Claire, that review has made our week. I've gotta say I'm very pleased with the result and saved us a lot of $ if we have to replace the whole carpet. Kieran's professionalism in giving advice and solutions to the issue is exemplary. Our puppy "dug" a hole in the middle of our floor and Carpet Repairs were here quickly and ahead of time. Great repair, wouldnt know it was there. Very happy, thank you Reply: It's amazing how many naughty "adorable" puppies we encounter. So happy we could help Sandy and glad to hear you can't even see where your pet pooch made the damage.
