I recently employed Carpet Repairs to repair (stretch) and clean the carpet in 4 bedrooms. The manager who communicated with me was very helpful and informative. I sent in photos and room sizes for a quote and the manager said I will be informed at the beginning of the job if there will be additional charges. But the job was completed with the quoted price. The technician arrived on time, he was very professional and friendly. I am happy with the result. The price was also very reasonable.
