I was extremely impressed with the result i got….i had wee marks on my brand new carpet from my new puppy. I was able to book an appointment fairly quickly and someone turned up on the day, on time! He did a great job! I also felt the cost was reasonable and he even removed a black stain he found on one part of the carpet! Great service and I would definitely use them again in the near future. Really expert at what they do. Delightful, prompt and efficient to deal with and their repair guy turns up on time. Professional, clever at repairing all sorts of carpet issues, and personable. Highly recommend this service - don't replace carpets, see what they might be able to do first.
