I was able to book an appointment fairly quickly and someone turned up on the day, on time! He did a great job! I also felt the cost was reasonable and he even removed a black stain he found on one part of the carpet! Great service and I would definitely use them again in the near future. This is the second time I've used this team in the past year. Continued to be impressed with every part of their service, from making initial contact through to their technicians. Really expert at what they do. Delightful, prompt and efficient to deal with and their repair guy turns up on time. Professional, clever at repairing all sorts of carpet issues, and personable. Highly recommend this service - don't replace carpets, see what they might be able to do first. I've gotta say I'm very pleased with the result and saved us a lot of $ if we have to replace the whole carpet. Kieran's professionalism in giving advice and solutions to the issue is exemplary. Our puppy "dug" a hole in the middle of our floor and Carpet Repairs were here quickly and ahead of time. Great repair, wouldnt know it was there.
