I used Carpet Repairs to have the carpet of our rental cleaned and patched. It had damage from my cats clawing into the carpet outside one of the bedrooms and had come off slightly near a bathroom door, not to mention stains from cat wee and food regurgitation. Now, you can't even tell there has been work done on those areas! The Technician was very good and communicated in a timely manner. The landlord was very satisfied with the results. I used Carpet Repairs to have my carpet re-stretched. It had bad ripples and kinks in it over two rooms. Now it looks like new! Technician turned up right on time. Good communication and he ensured I was involved in the decision making where carpet had to be cut and re-joined. I highly recommend this company. Very happy with repair! Reply: Happy to hear Anita, looks great too. Stretching and relaying is wonderful way to get more life out of your carpet. So pleased that it looks like new. Needed to have carpet trimmed and relaid after Kitchen renovation. Booking process was easy, communications were great with reminders and texts to say tradesman on the way. Work took only half hour and the transition between carpet and new tile flooring was spot on. Reply: That's so great to hear George, thanks for your review. Amazing work from the beginning to the end. We're so happy with the end result and how easy the process was. Jenny Holden the Operations Manager was lovely, great communication and made the process a breeze. Awesome customer service from Luke Heyhoe, he was punctual and so friendly. He answered all my questions even if it sounded silly, gave me some sound advise and quoted us at a reasonable price. We thought it would of been expensive but it was the opposite. Our carpet layers were fantastic too, none of our needs were too much for them to do and such friendly and chill guys. Both were able to do the whole house quickly as well. Thank you Kieran & Saynt. Overall we're just really appreciative and delighted with everything. We'll definitely be using Carpet Repairs for any future work and will recommend them to family and friends.
