Dean just installed a split unit set up for us in our townhouse, with heat pumps in our two bedrooms. He was really clear and detailed when he came to do the initial assessment and quote, prompt with following up with emails, and flexible when dates had to be adjusted The work was done quickly with minimal noise and mess, with good attention to detail and a thorough explanation of the remotes and apps to control the units. Dean was incredible. His communication was prompt and informative, and he provided us with a high-quality product for two pumps in two separate bedrooms. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. He was very considerate of our family needs, navigating working around small children and sleep times!
