Dean just installed a multi-split Mitsubishi system for me. I was really pleased with every part of the process. Communication was good and prompt. He always showed up on time. Very nice and professional. Clear, competitive pricing. Short wait time. Everything he installed looks good (including the flashing that he put in so the outdoor unit could live under my deck) and it all works as it should. He also took the time to connect all the indoor units to the app and talk me through using my new system and all the different settings. Then when he was finished with the install of the heat pumps, he went above and beyond by disconnecting and removing my old night-store heaters that I didn’t want. Removing them turned out to be way more of an ordeal than either of us expected (they’re full of heavy bricks) and he even put aside additional time so he could follow through with removing them for me. Good experience overall. I definitely recommend Get Pumped Heatpumps if you’re after heatpumps of your own.

Extremely happy with installation process, communication and result. Very neat and tidy. Dean took the time to explain how everything worked and set me up in the Mitsubishi app. He was also very comfortable putting the heat pump (both indoor and outdoor units) where they were best suited for our house, rather than putting them where it was easiest for him.
