David Kelly has been based in the Bay since 2015, delivering care and attention to his work. Previously, David spent 10 years in Queenstown, “Queenstown gives you an exposure to high end residential that is really fantastic for learning what is possible” says David. “I love it when a good team of designers, builders and contractors come together and push the boundaries of what is possible.
