Original quote was very thorough and a clear statement of work was agreed. Wallpaper was stripped quickly and efficiently. Plastering was conducted to a high standard; smooth to the touch in all locations. Final painting was very good, clear/clean edges. Ceilings, walls, trim all checked - perfect. Multiple places where paint fell on carpet (we are replacing carpet, but still think more drop cloths were needed). Paint was removed from flooring by sanding, damaging flooring. Job exceeded schedule
