I can't say enough good things about Ramon and his crew. From the moment they came out for the initial visit, I knew I was in good hands. Their communication was outstanding and made me feel completely comfortable with the whole process. Not only was the price very reasonable, but they were also incredibly attentive to all my questions and concerns. The pergola looks incredible, and I'm so grateful for their hard work. Ramon and his team of Connor and Sean, did an excellent job in demolishing an old garage and building a deck attached to my home, building to meet the requirements of the consent from council. His team also repaired some subfloor cladding on the house to make it watertight again. Where Ramon and his team really shine is in their communication. Ramon and the team stayed in regular contact during the build and informed me of any details that needed my attention, with appropriate suggestions if any action was needed. He checked with me before proceeding with any additional work. Ramon would also provide suggestions on ways to build it better or for less cost, but was always respectful in building to what I wanted. When the final council inspection came up with one item to address (an additional handrail was needed on the staircase), Ramon found a supplier at short notice and installed the handrail on the same day so that we could pass the inspection.
