As a Professional Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Project Manager (PM) who was working in different construction companies. My role is to accurately estimate construction costs for every residential project which effectively minimizes overspending and unnecessary costs for my clients.

For QS, we are now providing both basic estimation (for tender) and Schedule of Quantity estimation services for the main contractors, architectural companies, and the individuals.
