My advise is just don't go there. Nelson is a nice enough guy but a constant liar. Things just went from bad to worse. Not sure if he was a bad guy or just bad with management or finances. A 6 week job was at week 13 when I finally had enough and told him to go. Luckily I did not agree to pay the balance early as he had requested. I am still dealing with the mess he has left me to clean up from his unfinished work. He had also not paid some contractors for there work. They are not happy either!

Started job well and workmanship satisfactory but never completed the job that was paid for in full. Didn't see it coming as I was quite satisfied and paid him in full before he finished job so he could get further jobs on listings. Sad to say he never completed job and will not respond to attempts to reach him. Stay away from Nelson Build and Repairs!
