Hi, I've been renovating homes for 20 years now, and now specialise as a handyman tackling most jobs. I can tile, paint, fix locks, spruce up gardens, replace, repair and re-stain decks and patios. I can also repair general items, and clean up the outside of properties. No job is too small, but a minimum of two hours (make a list of the jobs) when I arrive. RENTAL PROPERTY maintenance. I can repair, paint or if a major problem, organise specialist trades people to fix any problem encountered. I can also complete house inspections, supplying a room by room list inc. photos if required, and organise the cleaning of homes at the end of tenancies.
