Hi, I have been building on or off for many years. I am not a registered or qualified builder, but I do have some experience and I turn up when a say so and I tidy up after at the end of the day and job.
Fences, decks, pergola, sleep outs, maintenance, some painting and some repair work.
I have other builders I can call upon if the job requires more staff or technical expertise on site.

It seemed that a lack of experience contributed to the extra time and added expense. Tradesperson shouldn't hesitate to communicate with homeowner (or get advice from a professional) on any aspect of job, thereby avoiding unnecessary expense and time.
